HarmoniSeek Community Guidelines
Welcome to the HarmoniSeek community! Our platform is built on trust, respect, and a shared
passion for music education. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask all members
to follow these guidelines.

Teachers and students should communicate and conduct themselves professionally at all times.
Use respectful language in messages and during lessons.

3. Honour Commitments
● Teachers: Honour lesson bookings and provide quality instruction. If you need to cancel
or reschedule, inform your students promptly.
● Students: Show up on time for lessons or notify your teacher if you can’t attend.

4. Provide Accurate Information
● Teachers: Ensure your profile reflects your actual qualifications, availability, and
teaching style. Do not mislead potential students.
● Students: Be honest about your level of experience and learning goals.

5. Handle Payments Responsibly
Payments are arranged directly between teachers and students. Ensure clear agreements are
made upfront regarding fees, payment methods, and cancellation policies. HarmoniSeek does
not mediate payment disputes but encourages transparency to avoid misunderstandings.

6. Respect Intellectual Property
Do not share or use teaching materials without permission from the creator. Honour copyright
laws and respect the intellectual property of others.

7. Avoid Spamming
Do not send unsolicited messages, promotions, or irrelevant content to other users. Spamming
is disruptive and will lead to account suspension.

8. Report Inappropriate Behaviour
If you encounter inappropriate or suspicious behaviour, report it to us immediately at
[email protected]. HarmoniSeek will investigate all reports and take appropriate
action.

9. Protect Privacy
Respect the privacy of others by not sharing their personal information without consent.
Teachers and students should keep communication within the platform to ensure safety.

10. Foster a Positive Learning Environment
HarmoniSeek is a platform for learning and growth. Encourage creativity, patience, and
enthusiasm in every interaction.

Violations and Consequences
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in:
● Warnings
● Temporary suspension of your account
● Permanent account deactivation

HarmoniSeek reserves the right to review and remove any content or account that violates
these guidelines.
