teacher that suits their requirements. Payments and lesson arrangements are made directly
between the teacher and student.
Accounts
What is the difference between Free and Premium accounts?
â—Ź Free accounts allow teachers to create a basic profile that includes their biography and a
profile picture.
â—Ź Premium accounts (SGD 9.99/month) unlock features like multimedia uploads, detailed
availability calendars, and displaying student reviews and ratings.
How can I upgrade to a Premium account?
To upgrade, log in to your account, navigate to the "Account Settings" page, and select the
"Upgrade to Premium" option. Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Payments
Who handles payments for lessons?
Payments are arranged directly between teachers and students. HarmoniSeek does not
process payments or hold liability for disputes.

Profiles
How do I optimise my profile?

Students
How do I find a teacher?

the right teacher.
Troubleshooting
